New AC1750 WiFi cable modem router not connecting to new Firestick
I have a new 4K Fire Stick but it will not connect to my router. First attempt says "error, try again". Retry stays locked in connecting mode. Anyone else having this issue?

Disable WPA on the modem temporarily. Try to connect your device. Does it connect at all? Then go back and set WPA2 and AES only on the modem. Try to connect the device again.
Is this the only device having problems connecting?
Nope. No error message but now Stuck in connecting mode
I would get ahold of Amazon for help and information about the device.
- Problem corrected. I had to go into "advanced settings" and allow all devices to connect. This is with security enabled. Hope this helps someone else.
