new C7000 slow downlaod speeds on 5ghz Xbox one

Just installed a brand new C7000. Connected through WiFi on my xbox, started out with 85mbps played a couple of matches online and lag spiked the entire 2 games. I did a detailed stats and the downlaod speed went down to .68mbps. Im use to Comcasts modems so this is a whole new animal to me. How do i fix this?

    Have you checked with the ISP that its not a area issue?
