New c7100v Nighthawk Router Has Major latency issues

Bought a C7100v Nighthawk Router to replace the one from comcast.  Browsing the inter net is ok, though ppages soemtimes take a while to load, but playing online games is terrible.  I have ping anywh...

Is this wired or WIFI?

 

Also, if you see your traceroute results, packets to C7100V were very fast but packets beyond C7100V were delayed (which is comcast network problem and not necessararily C7100V issue).

 

please provide your power/signal levels and event log info.
