New Modem

Comcast modem when out, got new one, now unable to contect to router.  I feel like I have followed the suggestions noted here but to no avail.  I am sure it's simple.  Thanks.... Windows computer

make sure you are holding the reset button for 10+ seconds to factory reset the unit then try to connect it again.
