New password does not work

I try to type in admin user name “admin” and then my new password, and it just pops up again asking me to type that in again. It doesn’t say that it’s not workin, it just pops back up again over and over

    Have you tried a different browser?

    cleared cache/cookies etc on current browser? 

    Are you using a password manager? could be issues there

    Tried a different computer?
