NiCghthawk Wifi-Router(s) - C7000V & C7100V

Since this past Friday, all of a sudden my service keeps dropping and I know get my local channels through Washington, DC...I live in NJ and was not having this issue before Friday, February 1, 2019. What gives?

    Since I downloaded the NETGEAR genie I can’t use my security cameras it won’t let me connect and it took off my lock on my WiFi how can I put the lock back on so nobody can use my internet and I need my cameras back on

      Factory reset the modem and set it up from scratch using a wired PC and web browser connected tm the modems web page. Review the setup guide for the modem.
