Night hawk CM1200

To start off I have not read all they post.

I have recently purchased a Nigh Hawk CM1200. I connected it to the coax cable and called Cox.  I have verified that they have all the correct info on my equipment list. I can conned my laptop to the new modem and have no issues connecting to the internet.  I have done this on all four ports. I am not able to get any internet access to the internet on any other device such as wifi and TV even when I am using the same cable and port that I was using with the laptop.  Any suggestion on how to fix this issue

Retired_Member is correct. You need a router.

Cox only supplies 1 public IP address to consumer connections.. that's why the computer works and nothing else. Its the router's responsibility to take that public IP address and assign private IP address to the devices connected to it (simple version). A modem only device doesn't have that capability.

The 4x ports make it a bit misleading. If you were on a business class line or paid extra for multiple IP addresses (most don't let you), then you'd be able to use them. But for consumer lines, only 1 device can be connected
