NightHawk AC1900 C7000v2 is unable to connect to internet. any suggestions?
Hi,
I just bought a nighthawk cable modem router and i am unable to get it connected. I downloaded the app and tried getting it set up, but it keeps advising there is no power or internet connection while the lights are flashing. I saw on the box it mentions certain ISPs being comparable with this and i have a local ISP (not comcast, cox, at&t, etc.) would this be the reason why i am encountering a connection issue? should i call my ISP tomorrow and have them send a refresh signal? any help is VERY appreciated.

Yes, all modems need to be setup and associated with the ISP. You'll need to contact them and they will help you out.
