I have exactly the same problem as the OP. Every 1-2 weeks I lose connectivity to the internet. It appears that the devices have negotiated wifi connection to the AC1900 router, but there is no internet activity. I tried the KB article to get the logs, but there was no connection to available to 192.168.100.1:
$ ping 192.168.100.1
PING 192.168.100.1 (192.168.100.1): 56 data bytes
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
Request timeout for icmp_seq 2
Request timeout for icmp_seq 3
Request timeout for icmp_seq 4In hindsight I should have tried 192.168.1.1, but power cycled the modem before I thought of that. It'll go wrong again in the same way in the next couple of weeks so i'll try again then to grab the logs. There does seem to be a number of folks with a similar issue. Can NG please comment on whether they've made any headway or seen this issue for themselves yet?
