Nighthawk AC1900 model c7000 cable modem support for readyshare cloud

I have a Sony 1TB usb drive connected to this modem and would like to access it over the internet for cloud storage. Previously I had a WNDR4500 cable modem and could use the ReadyShare feature. This modem however doesn't seem as though it supports ReadyShare. Can this be accurate. If not any ideas how I can configure it to work? I've tried everything and nothing seems to work...

    Hello Stevevmaloney

     

    That is correct the C7000 does not have ReadyShare cloud only certain devices have the Cloud feature.
