Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi cable modem router - intermittent WiFi loss 2-3 times everyday, 2-10 min/occur

Problem started about 3 months after installed.  Everyday, internittent WiFi dropping for all devices.  Modem lights upload blink.  Lasts 2 to 10 minutes, 3 tiems every day.  About 8AM, noon and 4-6P...

Just wireless devices drop off.  I have no screen shots.  It just indicates no WiFi.

Have you noticed if its devices on the 2.4ghz or the 5ghz?

    It is all devices.  2 cell phones, 1 TV, desktop, laptop.  Both 2.8 and 5.

        Not always the exact same time.  Usually when we notice, it is sometime about 8-9AM,  then sometimes aboout noon, and other times 4-6PM.  It mostly lasts about 5 minues, sometimes 10 minutes.
