Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router Model C6900 very low download speed than plan

I have Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router
Model C6900. Working fine siince last 3 years. I have 600 mps plan from xfinity. Currently started to feel very slow and from speedtest, found very low download speed with ethernet cable between 55-90 upload 21-24

and by wi-fi 40-85 and upload speed 13-19. Try to set different channels, but not much change. I have iphone 11 and Windows 10

I called Netgear support but as it was out of support, he told that some times due to coaxial cable there may be clog inside modem-router.

Can someone help me.
