Nighthawk AX2700 plugged power in and only the 1234 lights are on.
Hi all today the device start giving issue. cannot connect to the internet and performed a reset. now the only lights that come on are the 1,2,3,4 lights nothing else. ANY ADVICE will be much appreci...
No I cannot, even tried using the app to reboot / rest will not connect.
If you disconnect the ISP coax cable from the modem, then press the reset button for 10 seconds then release, does the top power led then turn ON?

It might be a hardware failure. You might have to open a support case with netgear.
I'd also advise to check the power cable. I've seen users plug in the wrong power supply (from a different device) and it not have enough amps to boot properly.
- We have tried a different power supply from another modem, nighthawk previous model from the one we have now.
