If the CAX doesn' sense a connection back to the ISP, it reboots. This is normal behavior for it. So it makes me suspicious of the ISP's connection. when its working, a copy of the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream details) and the event logs help confirm this suspicion
- Thanks for the tip! How do obtain a copy of my cable connections page and events log? Is that something my internet provider (Xfinity) would have? Or can I obtain that through the Nighthawk app or my router/modem itself?
