No, the connection does not work. Even Comcast cannot connect to the router. It is reading offline on their end. As you can see from the picture, only the power button is indicating on as solid whiteNothing

disconnect the coax from it and try a reset with coax disconnected. push and hold reset for up to 30 seconds while powered on.
Do the led's change at all when you're trying it?
It should boot loop without a cable connected. Trying to see if its failing in its detection
