Nighthawk C7000 1 Year 8 mos old ISP outage now what?

If an ISP Tech can see C7000 on line but other ISP Tech says no signal at other end, does factory reset and then says C7000 isn't responding to factory reset, is there any hope of fixing this piece of junk we spent way too much on?

    Can you give more detail on whats not working what lights are on? do you see anything in the event logs of the modem?
