Nighthawk c7000 5ghz channel missing from network list

As of 9/26/2017 my 5ghz channel has ceased to appear in my network directory. Before today, it worked and connected just fine. I could fine the assigned channel name and connect with little issue. However, when both my roommate and I came home we discovered the network had disappeared. I have roobted the Router/Modem and even performed a factory reset. The problem is that the device registers both channels are working and broadcasting yet nothing is receiving them. My roommates phone, two seperate Xbox ones and my computer will not read the channel. Where did it go?
