Actually, we use both. I used the Netgear Analysis app and it said the channel I was using was the best one to use.
what client do you have on your laptop?
Slow speeds on all devices: 2 desktops, 2 laptops, an Ipad, and cell phones. After power cycle of router, speeds greatly increase on all devices on 2.4G and 5G.
