Nighthawk C7000 v2 - intermittent wifi connection

I have the c7000 v2 modem router and the wifi is intermittent. It goes down several times a day for a minute then comes back up. It makes it really frustrating to game online or even stream shows.
I tried rebooting it and it still has the problem. Current firmware is v1.03.01.

Anyone know a fix for it?

    Do wired devices drop?
Got a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs?

I tried hooking my PS5 directly and it hasn't seen many issues. A video may buffer once or twice but I don't lose internet connection.
When I do lose wifi connection, the nighthawk app says the router has no internet.

I think this picture what you're looking for? Not sure if it is right.

Lots of errors in your lines.

Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
If you can, simply connect the modem right where the coax comes into the home. This prevents wiring in the home from being the issue. And some ISP’s charge if the wiring issue is in the home. So this helps prevent this.
