WIFI neighbors, there are about 2-3 neighbors that show up with medium strength. I have also tried setting up a guest network to connect to, but it also still has no internet.
- FURRYe38Aug 28, 2023Guru - Experienced UserGood paste. Power looks ok. With in specs. I see lots of Criticals in the event log that can point to line issues from the ISP. Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem. Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly. 
 Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
 Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
 Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
 From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
 Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
 Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Its only this new TV I am having trouble with. Thinking about returning it as I don't think its a line, or wifi problem with everything else working fine. I've tried channel 6 & 11 on 2.4 Ghz, and 48 on 5 Ghz. Both give the same error. I have my TV sitting right next to the router. My computer is about 10 feet away plugged directly in, and I have 400 down. But still won't give access to my TV. I still have a rented Xfinity Router sitting around, and I am going to try swapping that back in this evening to see if it fixes it. If so, I am at a loss, and might just return the TV, as I don't want to buy a new one, or use their rented one. - FURRYe38Aug 28, 2023Guru - Experienced UserI'd contact Google and ask them for help and info on it. Ask them about FW updates. Or find you a TV that works.
