Nighthawk C7000v2 connectivity issues
Good day. Just purchased a new Nighthawk cable modem/router combo. works great when connected, but am having a sporadic issue where it will drop the internet connection. tested with the ISP pro...
I would start with a factory reset and reinstall.
I'd also try a different browser or even pc when access it to see if that helps.
when you're able to log in through the browser, get a screen snip of the modem cable connection page and the logs.
If you have any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers in line, I'd remove them.
