Nighthawk C7000v2 doesn’t connect the 2.4 GHz band

 Had to restart my router. Now the 2.4 GHz band doesn’t work.  Tried resetting several times. What am I missing?

    So a factory reset doesn't bring the 2.4Ghz radio back?
