In general, on a good day with good hardware in the real world you should see 125+ Mbps throughput on the 2.4 GHz band and 330+ Mbps on the 5 GHz band. Towards the end of 2022, the C7000v2 does not come close to qualifying as good hardware.
Recommend you get your money back. Think carefully about your replacement and reconsider the decision to get a combination modem/router unit. In the long term you will be happier with a stand alone modem and a stand alone router. You definitely want a DOCSIS 3.1 modem. Your choice of router depends on your needs and the capability of your client hardware. If you do not need the latest 6 and 6E Wi-Fi, there are some good deals on refurbished AC hardware on Amazon.
