Does the same thing happen if the xbox is wire connected?
Is the xbox connected to the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz radio?
How far appart is the xbox from the modem? Ft?

Q1: I have not tested via hardwired.
Q2: 2.4Ghz currently, tried the 5Ghz and it was the same issue.
Q3: Approximately 20 feet maybe at most.

Does this happen with just one game or all games?
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Try disabling the following and see:
IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only.Let us know if wired ethernet does the same thing...
