Are you seeing wired and wireless problems?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What WPA security modes are you using?

After 3 months it started to have a deteriorating issue with dropping internet. The internet light would go blank and made me think it was an Xfinity issue. I had a technician come out and test the line- he reported no problems. I have never had an issue with the Xfinity modems and sent back the nighthawk for replacement, during this time has no issues with the Xfinity modem I used as a temporary fix. When I received my new nighthawk modem it worked well for about a month but then had the same exact issue. The firmware on the modem is V2.01.37 which is listed as the most up to date. I have seen similar articles to my issue, but no solutions. Even though it says it’s meant for use with Xfinity(Comcast) does this modem not have compatibility with my service? Do I need to return it?

No devices in the house are losing their WiFi connections- it’s just internet. My computer is connected directly to the modem with a cat5 cable and losses internet with the rest of the equipment in the house. Working on procuring logs now
