Nighthawk c7100v modem router

I cannot turn off the radio mode on the modem. There is no NAT option as suggested in support to turn off. I want to use the modem only to connect with ITP mesh for my Wi-Fi.

if this does not work I will need to return the mesh.

i have very poor Wi-Fi speeds with the netgear modem router.

      Did that but in the process every thing hangs up. Says the site can’t be reached and nothing works. I had to factory reset. Tried this 3 times with same result

        The modems IP address will be at 192.168.100.1 to access the modems web page after it's configured for modem only mode. You'll need to have connected a external wifi router system to the modem for wifi and additional device connection and support to get internet to the rest of your devices.
