Nighthawk C7100V not working

I'm not sure if my year old C7100V has bit the dust or if there is a fix for this.  When I power the unit the power LED will go white, and then all the other LEDs will go white for several seconds.  ...

So the reset button for 10 seconds is failing to get the modem on line and connected to it's web page? If this isn't working, time to get a new. Might contact NG support to see if they can help if anything.
