Nighthawk C7500 Problem
Just upgraded my internet to Gig speed but Im not getting it out of my Nighthawk C7500. The most I can get is 470 - 500mbps. I have tried multiple calls with Comcast and they even sent out a tech with no answers. I have rebooted the modem multiple times and even unplugged it for five minutes and still no diffrence in speed. Are there settings within the modem that need to be changed? What am I doing wrong here? Thank you for any help you can provide.

c7500 will not get you gigabit speeds.
Xfinity Only accepts DOCSIS 3.1 capable devices for Gigabit.
