Nighthawk C7800 Locked at 400mbs
Hello, I have a Nighthawk C7800 I recently installed to support an upgrade to a 1 GB internet plan. After round and round with my ISP (Suddenlink) they determined that the Nighthawk is "locked" at 4...
A couple things.
1. do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs?
2. their provisioning is what sets the speed. I've seen ISP's send the wrong provisioning file before. Have they reprovisioned it?
