What Firmware version is currently loaded?
App Version 2.26.0.2884
Firmware Version v1.4.11.2
How was the system updated? Auto update or did you manually apply FW with a wired PC and web browser?

I would try this, manually download the v.2 FW file for the CAX30 and manually apply it with a wired PC and web browser:

Once it's processed the file and is back to ready, Factory reset the modem and setup from scratch:
