A couple of additional questions.

 

Do you have your CAX80 configured to use the domain name servers (DNS) from your ISP?

 

Does your ISP support IPv6 and do you have IPv6 enabled in your CAX80 configuration?

Thanks Kitsap  - I honestly don't know how to check those things but I will research it. I've never had to do that before
