Nighthawk CAX80 - Port Forwarding Not Working

Hi, 

I am having issues with the port forwarding. I set my rules for port 80 and 443 but it will not forward it to the right computer.

When I ping my sites by from outside of my network it resolves the ip address and then times out.

when I try this site https://canyouseeme.org/ the error is Reason: No route to host. The firewall on my webserver is completely off.

I am trying to figure out what am I doing wrong? or is it the modem/router configuration?
