The solution is to use a different router, Samsung and Netgear have yet to come out with a firmware update that addresses this issue. It's most likely some imcompatibility since the CAX 80 is so new compared to these older TV's.
You probably tried this but, I have seen it before on some TV's. Set Static DNS in you device ie. TV. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I also had it twice to where NTP was not passing to TV. Ron
