Nighthawk CAX80 Router Password Reset everytime i try to access the router
This has been a recent development, everytime i try to login to the router to access the settings it makes me reset the password. No matter how many times i go through the whole setup, it goes right ...
What FW version is loaded?
What browser are you using?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches and any saved password profiles in the browser.
Try a different browser to set up the modem when you factory reset the modem...
FW V2.1.4.2
Ive been using Edge however ive tried chrome.
Ok i feel like ive tried that but ill give clearing out the cache a shot.

Well i tried clearing out everything, still the same and then downloaded Firefox. Went through the whole thing and still just loops me right back to the reset password page....
And does inputting the modems serial number do anything?
Only other item I might try is a 30-30-30 reset...
I'd get the modem FW updated if you can get back into the modems web page...
