Nighthawk CAX80 won't save configuration data.

What browser are you using?
Does this happen with MS Edge or FireFox or Opera browsers?
I have tried Edge and Firefox. Same result. Tried using the Android app and got the same result. When the router is rebooted it displays it has not been configured yet and I have to go thru the entire process again. I saved a config backup to simplify things a bit.
Something to try, reload the same FW version on to the modem with a wired PC.

After it's back to ready, reset the modem and setup from scratch using the erase button:

Be sure to clear out all browser caches.
Then walk thru the setup routine with same wired PC and web browser. Set up the system for your needs.

Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I'll give it a go but I originally did all of the configuration with a wired PC. I don't trust WIFI for that kind of work.
Wiped and factory reset it before the second configuration. But I didn't consider any browser caches.
