Nighthawk CAX80
helo everyone , does anyone know what happened to my nighthawk CAX80? I'm unable to factory reset it ( reset button), the LED just stay on like that( the picture) and disconnected on nighthawk mobile ...

Can you access it by hardwiring a pc/laptop into it?
Try its default ip address of 192.168.100.1
it won't work. can't access the ip address 😞
Tried disconnecting the coax, powering it down for a few minutes, then reconnecting the coax and booting it back up?
- I tried. but didn't help at all. reset button in the back didn't work too. 😞
