Nighthawk CM2000 and Xfinity. Not getting above 40Mb/s upload. Suppose to get 300Mb/s
I just upgrade my Xfinity to 2G/s download/300M up. I'm still not getting about 40Mb/s upload. Download is fine. I just had Xfinity out to the house and they can get the speeds directly from the cable that goes into the modem.
Any thoughts why I'm not getting the correct upload speeds?
Thanks.
The cm2000 is only approved for the up to 40mpbs speeds. Not the next gen speeds. Here's the list of approved devices:

Thank you. Disappointing, but understand. I just upgraded to an approved modem and all is working fine.
I'll try to sell my old one.

they haven't been the fastest at certifying devices for the increased speeds. Or shown much inclination to approve older devices at all (even through the cm2000 isn't that old)
