Nighthawk X4S D7800 Address Reservation not working
I have recently bought the X4S and can't get the address reservation to work. I have read that NETGEAR have issues in the past for other models. Is there a solution for the X4S? Details F...
I have a solution:
It appears that the reservation addresses must be within the DHCP range.
This is different to other routers that insist the static ips are outside the DHCP range.
I have connected numerous devices to the router and the reserved ips in the DHCP range are skipped when assigning dynamic ips.
The static ips are assigned correctly to the devices as well.
