Power Levels and Correctables and Un-correctables are good.

I'd check the modem plugged into a non generator power source to check for differences in LED behaviors. There could be some on power differences happening on the generator vs a wall jack power source.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Not sure I understand the comment about generator power source vs wall, the generator runs the entire house when it's running. So we are on the same page, I've had zero issues with the C2050v while on city-provided power. The issue mentioned is only when the generator is sourcing the power for the entire house.

  It could be with the power out, one of the hubs/connections to the cmts is down.
  
  Even if your modem is powered, the hub/connection back might not be.

  Ok, wasn't sure if you have city power to the home or use generator to the home all the time. Sounds like a possible generator issue if the modem worked on city power.
