No attached wired devices

I have a new problem that just sprung up in the last week.  My cable modem no longer sees any attached wired devices, besides three ReadyShares.  The result is, I cannot mount my network server -- my Mac doesn't see it.  The wired devices work -- I can watch Netflix on the wired Roku, for example.  But nothing shows in the table.

Any ideas?

Darren -- what I figured out, is no one like being downstream from the modem.  I had two devices on the two RJ45s on the C3700 - one was the VoIP box, the other was the 5 port powered switch.  The v1 Smarthings hub was on the hub - it died and the new v2 wouldn't work with that, so it took one of the ports.  Supposedly, according to Ooma (VoIP maker) you can continue downstream out of the box.  Plugged that cable into the hub - nothing shows up.  Take the VoIP box out -- everything shows up.

Bottom line?  New 4 port cable modem router/wireless arrives tomorrow from Amazon.

Thanks -- just wasn't any good solution other than an upgrade.
