No internet, blinking LED internet light red.
3 days ago, i just randomly lost internet. called my cable provider they said it was fine, modem was working. Net gear router is not allowing me to connect via wireless nor LAN therefor i can not access my genie to see if i need an update, etc. Im not a savy computer person, but was hoping to have suggestions. thanks

You may want to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 + seconds and then see if you can access the modem again.
