No internet but all LEDs are normal - C7000 - new password loop
I have a C7000 router/modem. My ISP says they are showing a good signal. When trying to surf the web I’m sent to the attached page for the router login. I’m not given the option to enter my standar...
Its usually because you aren't hitting all the password requirements.
Make sure it has:
- 1 Upper Case
- 1 Lower Case
- 1 Number
- 1 Special Character
If that doesn't work, you can factory reset it and start over. Again, you still need to hit those requirements when setting up a password
