No internet connection with C6300 cable modem/router - No Ethernet cable plugged in
About once or twice a week I wakeup my desktop PC and see a icon (lower right corner) that indicates I have no internet connection. When I run the network troubleshooter (right click on icon) it says...

Well, it's been a few weeks of error free performance since I replaced the Netgear C6300. Thus, I am closing this inquiry as "FIXED".

I checked and didn't find any new Ethernet driver. Since my post I decided to replace my C6300 router/modem with another Netgear C6300 about a week ago. Fortunantly I purchased a 2-year free replacement contract from Best Buy and it didn't cost me anything for the replacement. So far, the new C6300 is working well without any "no internet access" problems (knocking on wood as I speak). After a couple of more weeks of error free performance I'll close this posting.
