No internet wifi/ethernet CAX30
Internet suddenly disconnected last night. Realized that the wifi network was gone. Tried ethernet. Didn’t work. Did full reset including new set up using nighthawk app. It gets to the point where it asks me to join the netgear06 network (wifi) but when i click join, it says unable to connect. Wifi settings on phone are turned on and can’t find the network (see photo).
All lights are on and solid.
Xfinity app says there are no outages in my area and that cax30 is online.

I'd return for another unit. Sounds like yours maybe faulty and needs replacing...
