No response from support

I am trying to get a rma. My cax80 does not boot. power led turns on but no other leds turn on. no devices see a wifi signal from it. no attached devices receive a ip address. holding down the reset button while powered on does not produce a confirmation flash of reset or do anything for that matter. the thing is dead and ive only owned it for 3 months. I submitted a ticked Monday. it is now late on Thursday. Double the 48 hour response time. I never even received a email saying "hey, we got your support request. please wait 48 hours" basic stuff guys. i cant even resubmit a new request because every time i do i get a error saying try again later.
