No ringer on phones CM1150V

I can call out but none of my phones ring with incoming calls.  I only get caller ID on TV.  Xfinity voice.

I recommend you contact NG support about this.

    Is your ringer turned ON in the phone?

    Does your phone needs batteries replaced? (some phones need batteries to ring)

    Is there dial tone?

    Have you turned on some kind of DND feature on Comcast website?
