no wi-fi connections found

So i bought the the modem because the old one i had couldn't keep up with the speed. I got it connected to my router and called my cable company for them to connect it to my wi-fi service plan. Everything was connected and evrything was working fine except the ethernet. The cable company said i need to contact NetGear because its showing where i have good connectivity in my home but it's still not connecting and this is even after i reset it. What do i do?

    Have you tried to do a factory reset on the modem? to do this you will want to hold the reset button for 10+seconds.
