No wifi singal produced

Recently called the internet provider, and my modem is showing that we have internet.  However there is not wifi signal being produced, I tried turning the wifi and device on and off, still nothing. ...

Yes they are.

    Please make sure to call them and say REMOVE NO WIFI CODE off your account.

     

    they are forcefully doing this to convert your device to modem-only mode.

      I called them and they assure me that they are not sending a "no wifi signal" from their end.

       

      I tried using the routerlogin.net and I get the attached message, so I cannot even check the settings in the router/modem

        show us output of ifconfig on terminal window.
