Not connecting to laptop

I installed a new Nighthawk R7000 last night. It works on our Mac, our phones, and Chromebook. However, it is not working on my Dell laptop. We also have another router on another level of the house and it connects just fine, so I know the problem has to be something with the computer, not the router, but I cannot figure it out. I'm running Windows 10. Any ideas?

Find out what wireless adapter is in the computer and then update it through the manufacturer. Not through dell or windows updates. Usually those are far behind what the manufacturer uses.

What wireless adapter is it in the laptop?

Please post about this here for your model router:

    Good Luck.
