Not finding an internet connection

WiFi, but No Internet

1. Turn off router (button on back) and unplug modem
2. Plug in modem and wait for it to fully power on
3. Turn on router, Internet may not light
4. Use a computer connected to ethernet or your WiFi
5. Open routerlogin.net
6. Login username: admin and password: password  (this is the default if you did not change it)
7. On the home screen, if the Internet block is red “No Internet”, click it.
   • This takes you to the Internet settings
8. Go to “Router MAC Address” at the bottom of the page.
9. Select “Use This MAC Address”
10. If the address is blank use MAC Address from label on bottom of router
• I add colons between ever 2 value, like this is XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
11. Click the green “Apply” button at the top of page, and wait.
12. After it finishes and screen refreshes, go back to Home page.  It should say Internet GOOD.
• Sometimes it logs you out and you need to login again (Step 6)
13. Click “Logout”
